Re: recipe for spinach dip?
I do have a good one I used to make all the time, but it's at home! I will definitely post when I find it!

Re: recipe for spinach dip?
This is the BEST recipe I have ever found! I always get rave reviews when I make it. You can leave out the artichokes if you want (but I love them!) and just substitute more spinach. I serve it in a hollowed out loaf of round bread, using the bread I scooped out for dipping. This gets gobbled up quick!
Restaurant Style Spinach-Artichoke Dip
Ingredients 4 cloves garlic 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped 1 (10 ounce) container Alfredo-style pasta sauce 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
Directions 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 2 Place garlic in a small baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven 20 to 30 minutes, until soft. Remove from heat. When cool enough to touch, squeeze softened garlic from skins. 3 In an 8x8 inch baking dish, spread the roasted garlic, spinach, artichoke hearts, Alfredo-style pasta sauce, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese and cream cheese. 4 Cover and bake in the preheated oven 30 minutes, or until cheeses are melted and bubbly. Serve warm.

Re: recipe for spinach dip?
Thanks for the recipe...it sounds just like the one they make at Friday's. I am going to make this and serve it with toasted Chiabbata (sp?) bread.

Re: recipe for spinach dip?
I made one last week (actually the receipe was on the frozen spinich box)
1/2 cup sour cream 2 tbsp parmesean cheese 3 tbsp ranch dressing garlic powder (I put in about 1 Tbsp but you can do more or less) dried basil cooked frozen spinich
Basically, cook the spinich & combine ingredients then chill. It came out good!

Re: recipe for spinach dip?
I use the one from the back of the knorrs veggie coup mix as well...and always raves...its made with sour cream and mayo ( I hate mayo but love this dip)
I even made it with low fat sour cream and mayo for a football party and no one noticed...they ate it all up!!
