Life stinks so much it is hard to stay motivated

My sweet precious kitty passed away Monday

I've had a bad cold, my sister and BIL are having marraige trouble, and my dad is out of work...

I know have to find my energy somewhere to get back on my diet and finish my wedding plans, but I just want to curl up and mourn for my sweet kitty cat.....

I have had more carbs this week than the last 7 months combined!

Resist the urge to comfort yourself with food. It will only make you feel worse. Do something productive. Maybe spend some time with your dad. I know it must be hard. We are here!

think positive thoughts. think how when everything else is going wrong - the one thing you can control is the food you eat! so focus on that to get your mind off of the other stuff. i know it's hard, but maybe it will help!
