yay FI just called me and worked things out with me

I feel like I am going to cry. He called me and appologized for the way we ended things before he left for work. I told him as much as I know we need the money from his OT I really want him to stay home on one of his days off. I told him how his stress is on him, me and our relationship. Then I started choking up and I felt the tears. I think he heard it in my voice and said please dont cry, dont worry things are rough now and we gotta do what we gotta do but we'll get through it. He then told me he isnt sleeping a lot lately and the long hours are beating him up and he doesnt mean to argue with me.

Then he had to get back to work and I didnt want to hang up. All I kept telling him was that I love him

He said I know you do and I'll see you when I get home. I think we really needed the whole day to cool down. I am feeling so much better.

I cant wait till he gets home so I can jump into his arms.

glad things worked out...

sometimes the cooling off period is very helpful...I hope he takes a little time off soon...just a little bit to rest and recoup...

Chippa, I do the same thing. I wait until half hour before DH is coming home from work and then I get off the computer and run through the house with the vaccuum.
