eggplant parm...he doesn't like eggplant...but he is cooking it for me b/c I love it...(isn't he sweet)

I have to clean (part of the deal)

It smells good...I hope it tastes too...the last dinner he made me (over 1 1/2 years ago) wasn't so good!!

well...it took 1 1/2 years for it to happen...but he is also making apple crisp...and he has done this before (he got on a baking kick last oct/nov when laid off) and its delicious!! so at least I can gorge myself on that!!

ugh...it was NOT good...he put two whole jars of sauce with one tiny eggplant...the eggplant soaked up sauce and it was so mushy...

but the apple crisp was good...

he says hes going to try agian...

awww yabbo...its the thought that counts I guess!! FH is a Line cook for a living, and usually he does not cook at home, but lately he hae been making dinner and it is sooooo delicious!! I love when he cooks!
