Any April/May 04 brides? which colors?

Hi - I'm new to these boards and just wanted to say hello.
I'm wondering what colors the April/May brides are using for their bridesmaids. I've been going back and forth with navy, apple and mocha. Is it ok to use lighter colors like lilac during this time?
my wedding will either take place the weekend of 4/23 or 4/30, issues with hall and church right now.

My wedding is April 17 and I'm going with sky blue for my BMs. I posted a picture of it on the BM dress thread....

I'm getting married on 4/24 and my girls are wearing navy blue

Etd to say my girls dresses are in the bm dress thread as well (but the pic is in black not the navy blue they will be wearing)

I am getting married May 22 and my MOH is wearing black and my jr. bridesmaid (who will be 7) is wearing an ivory/black dress (my dress is ivory). I think anything goes nowadays!

I'm getting married May15. Girls are wearing silver, and I'm having pink and purple flowers.

I am getting maried May 16th and my MOH is wearing Ice, my BMS are wearing Platinum.
My colors are going to be purple/blue/platinum.

I like the silver/platinum dresses but I've worn that color in the last 3 weddings I was in. If I go with the navy what color flowers? Or if I pick the apple? I was thinking maybe yellow?

i'm getting married april 3, and my BM are wearing vapor...it's like a blueish greenish kind of a color - very difficult to describe. the flowers will be different shades of yellow, with possible some lavender hints....and we have sage ribbon for our favors! we're all over the place!!!!

With a navy dress I plan on doing whites creams and lighter blues for flowers

We haven't gotten the dresses, but I'd like to get a light blue. Not a baby blue or navy, somewhere in between.

I am getting calla lillies - I will be doing white/ivory/pink in my bouquet.

A smaller version with ivory/pink for my MOH.

And 2 BM get all pink and 2 get all ivory - but this might change maybe all four will get pink

my bm dresses are european sky blue, but it kind of looks like periwinkle.

i'm looking for something either in the blues (cornflower), purples (lavender or lilac), or Green (like a celedon). We have to pick the dresses first so we'll see what colors it comes in. (shopping for BM dresses is a whole other fiasco!!! grrrr)

I'm getting married on May 16th and I think my girls will be wearing either platinum or silver with pink flowers.

Christine, thanks for sharing those pics, they definitely gave me some ideas. I like the calla lillies but my FSIL used them for her wedding so I may have to look for something different. I'm going to search the old threads.

ETA - have you seen any using tulips? they are one of my favorite flowers, and I'm hoping they may be in season at that time
