Someone posted on the Knot that LIWeddings 'sells' our personal info to vendors-Is that true?
I vaguely remember agreeing that LIweddings may give out personal info to vendors when I signed up. I don't really mind, I have found some great vendors here, but the person who posted was p*ssed! Just wanted to find out what the deal was...

The privacy policy is very clear about this. The person who was ****ed should read what she is signing up for if she has privacy concerns. There is no way this site could be free without advertising!

No, we do not sell your names. The person entered a vendor sponsored contest which allows the vendor(s) to contact them. This is clearly explained and must be agreed to upon entering the contest.
