HELP!! Eve of Milady dresses!!

I was originallt set on getting a Maggie Sottero dress but after trying it on decided it was not 'the' dress...so I fell in love with a Eve of Milady dress...but when I priced it out it was $2750.00!! I can't afford that!!

So if anyone knows where I can possibly get the dress cheaper PLEASE let me know!!

(I already priced it at RK Bridal and it was the cheapest at $2750.00)

Bridal Suite of Centereach dropped the price of my Eve dress by $500, after I shopped around and presented them with the prices other stores were selling it for. I know it's not a lot, but at least it's something.

My gown which is also Eve of Milday was $$$$ I was told if I called Commack Bridal they would lower the cost and they did over $400 so then I called Paradise Bridal because I have delt with them before and I loved them and they honored the price with no questions asked

Where did you see it? I got mine at Kleinfeld and they outpriced everyone else I went to see. You pay out the nose for alterations, but it's worth it.

also try discount bridal service...Melinda (845-463-2789) is a representative - she is wonderful and their prices are the least expensive of all the services I tried, RK, netbride, etc.

Oh - one last note, I was set on an Eve of Milday dress too, before I found mine and I was told by everyone (even the manufacturer whom I called) that they are very SLOW. it takes minimum of 6-8 months for them to get you a dress, unless you're able to purchase one off the rack. So if it's what you want, order soon or else they will hit you with 'rush' fees too!

A few ideas:

1) You will save tons of money if you can find your dress at a sample sale! Call the stores listed on their website to see if they have a sample of your dress and if/when their next sale is. http://www.eveofmiladybridals.com/salons.htm

2) I've heard that some girls purchase their dresses out of state and save money that way. On the Eve of Milady website there are 2 stores in neighboring states:

3) This one's a bit of a long-shot, but perhaps someone is selling the dress that you want on eBay. (I did a quick search and there are a few Eve of Milady dresses up for auction now.)

i got my amalia (part of EOM) from bridal refelctions massapequa. i was able to bargain with them and got a substantial amount taken off. EOM does not autherize her gowns being sold online, so make sure if you do get it online it is from a reputable company.

I got my Eve Of Milady dress at Bridal Suite in Centereach. They gave me a good price on my dress. Ask for Debbie. She is wonderful!

I got my EOM from Charisol on northern Blvd in Bayside. I think the dress itself was about $1500. And this included alterations. Try calling them if this neighborhood is convenient for you.
