Rain Day Spa in Woodbury
Anyone ever been? Thinking of booking appts for hubby and me to thank him for all his hard work and pretty much sacrificing his summer to get the house where we want it to be! Anyone?ETS: $270 for both which includes 1hr massages and 1/2 hr facial. Don't know if he's gonna like the facial idea but he needs it! Thinks it's a decent price. Anyone disagree?

Re: Rain Day Spa in Woodbury
I've never been there, but several ladies I work with have (I work right by there). They love it.I think that it's an awesome idea for you and hubby, if he'd do something like that. I don't think I could ever get my DH into a spa!! The price sounds pretty good, but then again, I've never had either..
*Sigh* I could use a 1 hour massage right about now!!

Been there several times. I LOVE that place. Compared to the city, the prices are reasonable. Also keep in mind you have to tip too. That adds up b.c 2 people are going to work on you.I tried to get my FI to get a facial, he absolutely refused.

One of my shower gifts from the girls in my office was a gift certificate to Rain. I haven't been yet, but they rave about it. I have the booklet with all the pricing, but not with me. That sounds pretty good to me. They have so many different types of massages and facials. From what I remember reading the booklet, most of their services run about $80 each so $270 for both of you sounds pretty good.Enjoy it!!!!!!!!!!

Re: Rain Day Spa in Woodbury
Thanks girls! I know - I could use one right about NOW too!
But I'll have to wait a few weeks! We have gone to Bliss here in the city before and he really enjoyed his massage. Yes - I agree that compared to the city, I got a steal (but dont really know LI spa prices). I am just going to tell him that the facial is 'part of the package' and not to make me feel bad for spending the money! A little convincement from the attendant and I think I'll have him in their being picked away at! Thank you!
