Anyone getting married May 1, 2004?

Just wondering if anyone out there shares my date??? I am so worried about the weather already...after this past May.

ME ME!!! I'm 5/1/04 too.
I doubt we'll have a repeat of the weather we had this year. I'm sure it'll be fine. I think this year was just a freak occurrence. It rained everywhere!

That's it! I'm going to see a florist and limo company when I'm up in NY for a visit next week, and I'm also getting a makeup trial done (by Oksana).

So this is what I have done so far:

ceremony and reception place
officient
band
photo/video
florist
my gown
picked out BM dresses just have to find where I want to order them from
make-up person

Thats about it....there is just so much more to do....but its so exciting.

YAY we are the first May brides next year!!!!

Okay - I win on being the most behind!!! So far we've only booked the reception site! We are planning to get married at our village park but they won't let us reserve until January 1st!!! SO that makes me feel nervous about making any decisions without knowing we have the ceremony nailed down!! I'll get a grip. Decided on my dress but haven't ordered, met with a photographer this past weekend and that's about all.

Dont worry you have plenty of time still. I just kinda know what I want so wanted to book before they were already booked for my date.

Take one thing at a time. The dress is the fun part!!!

How are you all doing?

I got my florist booked (Flowere Michele!)
and limos (Royalty).

Now if only 2 of my bridesmaids would go try on the friggin dresses already, I can get those out of the way.

Oh, and FH has to still ask one of his friends to be a groomsman. I give the guy ONE thing to do......!

And stillllll waiting for a guest list from mom so I can get working on STDs. Geez, the woman is retired - you think she'd have nothing better to do.

If these people don't get off their lazy a$$es and do what I ask I'm going to SCREAM

Booked photographer and florist but that's it! Oh wait, I hadn't ordered my dress yet in the last post - so I've got that done now too! My MOH will be wearing navy but I'm letting her pick out whatever she wants, so it's one less thing I have to do.

Add scheduling a make-up trial to my completed tasks. Need to send an email with transportation details before I leave for vacation on Thursday too.

So now I've also scheduled a hair trial and waiting on contracts from DJ and transportation. WOOHOO!!!
