Catholic Ceremony program- no communion, order of ceremony?

Here's what I have so far:

Processional
Welcoming Remarks (by priest)
Opening Prayer (by priest)
Old Testament Reading (by name)
Responsorial Psalm
New Testament Reading (by name)
Marriage Vows
Exchange of Rings
Pronouncement
Unity Candle Ceremony
Blessing
Recessional

Am I missing anything? Doesn't the gospel somewhere? I feel really bad because I went to Catholic school....I have the 'Togehter For Life' pre cana book.
Should I put the names of the music?

The New Testament goes before the Gospel and also I did not see the Prayer of the Faithful on your list. Are you doing it?
