You are not going to believe what happened at ground zero tonight!!!!!!!!

You are not going to believe this. My family and I went back to ground zero tonight, a miving experience. As we were leaving, a bunch of people started screaming about a block away. They were screaming catch that guy! At first I thought someone got robbed but then they started screaming stop that cab, he just hit a fireman. As I turned to look I saw a man laying in the middle of the street.

My husband was the first one to reach the cab who was just driving away!!!!!!!!! He hit a fireman, in front of ground zero no less and he kept going! I ran after my husband to make sure he didnt get hurt and people started surrounding the cab. Finally a cop pulled out the driver who actually had a ****in smirk on his face!!!!!!!!!!!! I thought this is it, theres gonna be a riot! But the cops held everyone off and put him in a police car.

We then ran down to the other corner to see if the fireman was ok. It seems as if he was moving and aware of what had happened but they told him to lay still, put him in a collar and on a board and in an ambulance. Then I myself almost got into a fist fight with 2 guys who were taking pictures of this poor fireman on the ground, I am sure to be able to sell them later. DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!

I cant believe this happened! I am still shaking...but am so proud of my husband! He is my hero!

Please say a prayer for this fireman though..I truly hope he is ok!

I'm glad to hear there's people who aren't afraid to do something when they see a situation like that! Good for you and your husband, I'm proud to hear you guys did the right thing! The fireman, you and your husband will be in my thoughts!
