Yours or FH's Birthday close to wedding day?

I was just thinking of my honeymoon and how I will be away for my birthday and it made me wonder if anyone here is getting married close to their birthday. I am getting married June 20th and my birthday is June 28th. One of my best friends got married on July 11th and her birthday is July 9th.

Anyone out there make this silly decision? If you already got married, does DH remember both occasions?

we're getting married the day before FH's birthday!
I never worry about him forgetting the anniversary of our wedding, because he's great with that....but it just turned out that the day before his birthday would be a good day to get married!

Birthday - August 20th
Wedding - August 29th

I'm only SLIGHTLY uneasy. But that's just for this coming year - with everyone celebrating the wedding, my birthday will probably be forgotten, or at least glossed over.

FH is too perfect to forget my birthday or our anniversary. Last year he started discussing our dating anniversary before even I did!!!

I would just make it clear to FH that you are concerned about this - I did and he said 'Oh sweetheart, you know I'd never forget your birthday!'

And I have a Birthday celebration at my favorite bar back in CT planned for my last single weekend! Woo hoo!

We got married 12/15

The wedding is July 10, 2004

His birthday is July 17, my birthday is Aug 2. I don't think he will forget our anniversary.

Wow - a lot of girls are getting married to b-days. Mine isnt that close but FH is jokingly complaining about how many presents he is going to have to get me.

My b-day is Dec 9
Wedding is Jan9

So i am going to have My b-day, christmas and our anniversary all within a months time.

My MOH got married on her husband's 30th birthday! They did it on purpose so I guess it wasnt a big deal to them!
We decided me needed to spread our occasions out! FH bday is 12/21 mine is 1/19 so we are getting married 6/26!

MY FH b-day is june 6 and wedding is June 26.
I also wanted my wedding t be in the winter but.... That would b mean though Anniversary Bday dec. 22 and then christmas.

There are a lot of birthdays in Sept (mine and FH are in Sept) so we kind of wanted our wedding to be separated from all of that! Our original plan was to marry on the same day my grandparents married (March 7th) but it was cheaper to do it on a Sat afternoon, so we're doing it the day before.

Yes - we are getting married 2 weeks after my b-day. It is also Thanskgiving and the holidays arount then too!

My Birthday is on 10/7, and the wedding is on 10/1

I think that it is far enough away to get TWO nice dinners out in my favor in a month

I wouldn't want them to be tyhe same day, or one day apart though

FH and my birthday's are about a month after our wedding. FH turns the big 30 then!!! I had always said i'd throw him a surprise 30th party, which he was against, now he's not getting one after the wedding expenses!!!

Our anniversary is 3 weeks before my birthday and DH would never forget either one. He is good about things like that.

Last year my birthday was low key by my choice due to all the activity surrounding the wedding and just returning from the HM. This year was back to normal with the family dinner, etc.
