My 10/12/ wedding review

Hi everyone!! Its great to be back to the boards!! Although it rained the entire day, the wedding was beautiful and a good time was had by all. At this time I dont have any pictures to post, but Im working on it so hopefully you will see them soon.

Rehearsal Dinner- Carousel's in Howard Beach- The food and service was very good. Everyone had a good time.

Nails- Lotus Nails- This is a local place around the corner from me. It was $30 for the tips and a french manicure. They did a very good job.

Church- Mary Queen of Heaven. The ceremony was beautiful but I have 2 complaints. First one is the priest that was supposed to be doing my wedding calls me 2 days before the wedding and says that he didnt realize but he in charge of a retreat and he has to go. Second on the day of the wedding, my husband and his family arrive at the church around 1:30 and are told they cant go in the Church yet because there is a Christening going on. They had to wait in the back of the church until the ceremony was over.

Hair and Makeup- Concept Elite- They did a beautiful job, my hair stayed all night and I only had to refresh my makeup once.

DJ- Body Rock- From the moment the first song hit till the last song everyone was up on the dance floor. Im not sure if everyone remembers but me and hubby are both WWF fans and were coming into Triple HHH's music (Time to Play the Game). The way they did it was awesome and the music sounded great. I would defintely recommend them.

Photographer- Visual Concepts- Havent seen anything yet, but Bob and Debbie were both great to work with. Ill keep you posted.

Videographer- Candlelite Video- Again, havent seen anything yet, but we didnt see the camera at the church or the reception.

Limos- Manor Limos- They were on time and very nice to everyone. They helped me with my dress all day.

Reception- Jericho Terrace- Everyone is still talking about how great the food, and the room was. Our Maitre'd Sal was very good to us. He was constantly filling our glasses, and got us whatever we wanted. I was a little upset that I couldnt take any pictures outside by the fountain but they had plenty of great photo opps inside. They did an excellent job.

Honeymoon- Disney World- We stayed at the Port Orleans Riverside and it was very nice. It was very hot in Florida and a little crowded than what I expected but all in all we had alot of fun.

This is quite the Bump....Congratualtions Don and Christine, on 2 and a half years of marriage! Ooh as of today, I believe!

So true - wow, this is an oooooooooooooooold review, so strange it was bumped now

Anyhoo... a belated congrats to two of my bestest friends, Don & Christine. I wish them many many more years of wedded bliss!!

When I saw this at first I thought there was possibly another boosh! But then I looked at the date and was like ohhhhhhh, its the same person but a bumped up post! Well, I enjoyed reading your review - sounds like a fabulous time was had!

Wow, its weird seeing this bump. We didnt take pictures by the fountain because it was raining.
