It's review time again- please give me your opinions I am desperate!!

This is part I and II of the form that I must evalute my student teacher with- please let me know if it sounds good- She has been awesome!!

Part I
During her student teaching experience, I have watched Cynthia learn to plan her lessons to reach as many different learning styles as possible. She is extremely aware that her students are individuals, that learn differently. She is very conscious of her role as the teacher. She knows that it is very important for her to transmit enthusiasm for Spanish. Cynthia understands that her enthusiasm is contagious and it is evident when she is in front of the room.

Since her last evaluation, Cynthia has worked extremely hard at increasing her knowledge and becoming more familiar with the technology available. She has used this technology in many of her lessons and created several presentations on her own.

Part II

Cynthia is very eager to continue her development as a teacher. She is open and extremely responsive to suggestions and constructive criticism She will question and/ or make suggestions when she sees a different or better way of completing the unit at hand.

As a classroom teacher, the classroom is filled with the aura of mutual respect between Cynthia and her students. Her students are eager and excited to learn. They are relaxed and very attentive to her. She has created a welcoming environment. The students are not afraid to take risks with their Spanish. They are not afraid to go that extra step, even if they make mistakes.

Jamie, if I ever get a job again I am going to borrow you to write the reviews for my people!!! Your review is extremely well written and plays up all of her strengths, while also showing that she has grown as a teacher.

Thank you both for your very kind words-I am so anal and nervous about this- Noreen just proofed the rest and hopefully her mentor will be nice!
