Not yet. Only because I know myself all too well.

I'll see something love it, buy it, then see something else that I like better. It's happened to me with my prom dress and any other dress for a special occasion. I have been looking and trying to get ideas though!

Noooooo. Way too much time to change my mind! And I'm so bad with second guessing myself. I've been looking at pics, but I won't actually start shopping and trying gowns on (YAY can't wait!) until at least January 2004.

I think prncssrachel did get her dress though.

i am going to wait until january. im sure styles change and i wouldnt want my dress to be sitting in my house for over a year before.. id be too tempted to show FH

I have found the one - unfortunately it is too expensive - so i want to go looking some more and figure out if I love any other one as much as I love that one. If I cant find another one then I am going to order it regardless of how much it costs and just cut corners everywhere else.

One of my friends is so cute - she tried to help me rationalize spending $6K on a wedding dress. Her take - people spend that much money on art - so in a way the dress is a work of art - and although I wont be hanging the dress on the wall I will be hanging pictures of me in the dress with FH. Just trying to make myself feel better -

Crystal - Love your dress!! Congrats on finding it. I think princssrachel ordered her dress.

I haven't started looking yet but I plan to go shopping and hopefully order my gown when I come home to LI for Christmas. I don't even know what I'm looking for, so I hope I can find it and order it because I don't know when I'm going to be home again and my mom isists on being with me when I go shopping!

I'm with BriBri - I went out looking for a specific Maggie dress, found a different Maggie dress I fell in love with, ordered it on Bridesave at an additional 10% off, and am so excited. I love it! I'm not at all worried about changing my mind.
