Advise on Vidio Problem
Just wanted to know what you guys think I should do about this..
Becuase of some personal issues I didn't drop back off my vidio to be edited until april/may.
Now of course they never can garantuee a time when it will be ready, but they told me maybe about 8 weeks or so.
I have been calling and calling and leaving messages for about 2 months now and the secratary takes my name and tells me " I'll have him get back to you" but nobody ever does.
This is a very reputable place that I know alot of you have used.
I'm at my wits end, over 6 months and they havent even started my vidio.
Isnt that to long of a time?
I have gone down there even in person but of course, only the secratary is there to take my message..
What should I do?

You have to get serious and hard on them.
Tell them you will report them to BBB, and call FOX 5 to report them.
If they don't get in shape follow through with your threats.
It doesn't matter if they are reputable or not, but if they are not even starting after 6 months, you have a right to complain and seek action....... JMO

FYI: I think the estimate of 8 weeks was a little light to begin with..i think 12 weeks is probably more reasonable.
But not returning your calls is not excuseable. I would go to their office on a Saturday (where lots of brides to be will surely be making appts to book them) and sit in their office until they show up. If the secretary says they are out, then i would just bring a bagel and coffee and a paper and sit their all day. And when potential clients come, make sure to tell them why you are there. I bet you will get a response fast when they think you might be hurting their business.

i was told 4-5 months...which I think is normal...but if they told you 2 weeks...I can understand your concern...
why don't you FM some of the girls on here who used them...and aks them the time frame they had...
