Any comments on Woodbury Country Club?

Hi All-

We're on a tight budget (who isn't). Any advice on this or other 'reasonable' Long Island sites would be appreciated!

The Woodbury Country Club is excellent! I have been to 2 New Year's Eve Parties there and I was blown away. That is the only reason we are not having our wedding there...we have been there so many times. Talk to Andrew and he will take care of you! The food is incredible!!!

Good choice!

Every job I've done there has been elegant and sophisticated.

Comments on Woodbury Country Club - Mark

Mark, do you know how early you can go to the Woodbury to take pictures if you're the second wedding on a Saturday evening (a 7:30 PM invite and an 8:00 PM ceremony). Thank you.

Don't know exactly, but usually the policy is that as long as there is complete separation and you don't have brides passing each other in the hallway or guests getting confused about who they're with, it's ok. (upstairs vs. downstairs or outside vs. inside.)

It used to be a big joke amongst us vendors years ago (ten to fifteen) at one particular establishment (which shall go nameless for now) when they announce 'bridal party number two please report to chapel number one' and there were bridal parties passing each other in the hallways. They've since coordinated more smoothly.
