Anyone ever try Dermadoctor's KP Duty lotion?

Does anyone know if this lotion works to clear up keritosis pilitis (i.e. chicken skin, those red follicles that are on some people's upper arms)? I've had this since I was born, but I really want to try to clear it up before the wedding

my sister has that, its like bumpy skin right?? Well she went to the doctor about it, and he told her that they can't do anything about it, its genetic.
