Anyone had trouble getting in touch with John from Ballroom Dance LI?

Anyone had trouble getting in touch with John from Ballroom Dance LI?
I emailed him for some info and he got back to me right away, then I emailed him AND even called him to set up the lessons and he has not gotten back to me. Is this typical?

Maybe he went away?I see him all the time at FH and Mine dance school but we didn't go last week so we didn't see him...

Phone is usually better. He usually returns my phone calls right away. I called him yesterday and have not heard.
