Anyone wanna get together ?

I know there have been get-togethers on this board in the past, but i never made it to any of them, because of my schedule at those times. Is anyone interested in getting together maybe for dinner or coffee and dessert ? We all share so much chit chat, we might as well get to know eachother !!

We can do in between Suffolk and Nassau since BrideO2 is in Bellmore, and evening since i'm sure most of you work (not all unemployed like me, lol).

Any suggestions, you all know the areas and places better than I do. Dinner ? Coffee/Dessert ? what does everyone agree to ?
Monday nites are not good for me, I have prenatal swim :) any other evening is good for me.

Lets get some ideas rolling.

What towns are the rest of you all from.. im pretty much only familiar with Nassau...Im unemployed also !! LOL but evenings are just as good for me.. i am available Wed. and Thurs. this week but if thats to soon maybe a week from tuesday at 630pm?

I'm off for the summer, so I'm pretty flexible. Patrick is off this week, so I'd like to spend time with him, but if this week is good for everyone else, I'll just have to find the time.
In general, afternoons and evenings from 1:00 on are best for me, but again, if that doesn't work for everyone else, I will do my best to make arrangements to attend.
In any event, as Bride02 suggested, a week from Tuesday at 6:30pm works for me!!!
I'm from the Smithtown/St. James area, if that helps with the 'where'.
This is going to be FUN!

Great so next tuesday it is... if you guys can think of a place by you since your both from the same town, i have no problem traveling.. and if we are all not working maybe a lunch would be good?

Why don't we try to find some place on the Nassau/Suffolk border so that it's a compromise. Anyone know what towns are on the border???

Get Together

Ok this is great so many of us.. so so far we have 7pm Next Tuesday.great... Im not so sure of the towns that are on the border.. does anyone else have any ideas?

On the border ?

Would Huntington be around the border ? (I know 110 is the border of suffolk and nassau). Ive only been to a mexican place in Huntington village, does anyone know any good places to eat around this area of the Island or neighboring towns ? Any places on the water ?? (north or south shore)
any type of food works here. (the baby really wants feta cheese and hot dogs, which we cant have lol -dont we always want what we cant have ??).
I can do Lunch or dinner, whatever works forthe majority. Looks like the majority is 7pm dinner next Tuesday. Sounds good !

I live in Coram, but Im working in Huntington, so I can just stay at my parents till we meet up. That sounds really good for me. Have we set a place and time. Just let me know where, and what are we bringing??
