Brazilian Wax on Wednesday? Should I Be Afraid?

I thought I would get one done professionally. How bad is it going to hurt?

Also, I normally, um, shave so that there's nothing there. I just did yesterday, so if I don't until Wednesday, should that be okay? I didn't know if you were supposed to let it grow before they do that or something.

You need to let it grow out a bit. Make the appointment for next Wednesday instead.

Hmmm, I wanted to have it done by Saturday. I don't know, mine is pretty scary if I don't shave for like 3 days.

It won't be grown out enough by Wednesday. There should be about 2 weeks of regrowth before waxing.

Seriously, deal with it for a week, you'll be better off. It's not like it's Bikini season. You won't be at the beach scaring little kids!

Just wait another week or week and a half and then get it done. You'll be grateful you did. Maintenance is much better for waxing then having to shave every other day!

Eeeeek, I'm frightened by the thought of letting it grow out for 2 weeks. Maybe I will re-think it then if it's worth that.

I think I'll wait to do it in 2 weeks then. I have wedding on Friday, and I feel dirty down there when I don't shave. I get my period next week, so I think I might as well just let it grow during then and do it after that.

You definitely don't want to do it right before you get your period, because you'll be a bit more sensitive to pain. I would wait until after, and take 3 Advils about 45 minutes before your appointment.

you definitely need to let it grow out more. three day's worth of growth is definitely not going to be enough. i think the hair needs to be 1/4' at least.

i get my brazilians done at the bliss spa in NYC. nothing to it. the women there are fabulous and keep you talking, so before you know it - you're done.
