CD Favor Song List

Hey Everyone, I love the idea of a CD as a wedding favor, but as far as what songs to put on it, I`m stumped. I`ll include the first dance, father/daughter dance, mother/son etc. Since I`m so clueless, I`d LOVE to hear everyone`s CD songlists, or at least a few suggestions. Thanks! Katherine

My friends put the songs that were on their must play list like Copacabana & Brown Eyed Girl. They also put other love songs. If you have a song that you & your closest friends love you can add that as well.

that's actually on our 'to do' list. and, it's not getting done, b/c that is one of my fi's responsibilties :) only 2 months to go!! we are going to put the most important songs, entrance song: 'beautiful day', first dance: most like 'at last' (etta james), ceremony songs (celtic/irish, don't know exact songs yet, maybe Lorena McKennett or Enya). We're going to stick with mellow, jazzy or country love songs for the rest of the cd. that is, no dance songs.

Finishing wrapping up ours tonight; they came out great. We have 22 songs starting with 'Our Love is Here to Stay' by Frank Sinatra. After that song, we have some more Frank, Dean Martin, Bobby Darin; then it goes to some country with Faith Hill & Garth Brooks; then on to some mellow rock love songs like Stevie Nicks; then we have a little Ozzy and we finish up with 'The Prayer' by Celine Dion & Andrea Bocelli which is our wedding song. What I'm doing

My fiance and I are including some songs that are part of the wedding day, but ost of the songs are songs that are special to us- the first time we danced, etc. In the inside cover, we're putting in an insert which gives a brief description of why we chose each song.
