FINALLY met our minimum

All it took were a few C-list invites and friend of friend 'fillers.' Our minimum wasn't even that much, it's just so sad that we don't know a lot of people and had a hard time getting 120.

On that note, I'm REALLY hoping we get the room by the outdoor area for our cocktail hour. Our DJ wanted to know what room we were having it in, but our RH likes to keep things 'secret.'

Crest Hollow are infamous for these little games. I think it'd be nice to let CH couples know so they can relay info to DJ, you know? They also can't tell us how many parties/weddings are going on along with ours, because it will make us worry and they swear to have things under control.

That's weird and would make me worry even more because if I don't know what room I'm in, how can I vision how things would look as far as high or low enterpieces, linens etc.

Don't worry, I would have a rough time getting 120 too!
My friend had her wedding at Crest Hollow and as long as the weather was nice her cocktail hour was outside by the pool and the sand

It was my favorite part of Crest Hollow!

I meant that they keep the cocktail hour room a secret. the DJ needs to know this info, and if we don't know...well

we initially had the outdoor cocktail hour but then cancelled it because of the cost. When we met with our new BM he said it was no longe available, but theu he was going to try to get us the room with the windows that overlook the outside for the cocktail hour.

We had a hard time making our minimum bc we didn't want to invite acquaintances.....we wanted people there we are really close with. Your wedding will be great!! It's a perfect size:) I hope the cocktail area works out for you!!
