For those of you who send an invitation to the White House...

Did you send a save the date too? I think it would be funny to send one!

I'm just wondering because we are going through our list and are planning on sending our save the dates out next week. I definitely want to send an invitation, but I'm not sure about sending a save the date...

I wouldn't send a save the date. They actually had a list up of the things that you could send to the greetings office. I think it was: birth announcement, wedding invitation, milestone birthday, and milestone anniversary

You don't even have to waste an invitation on them--they have a form to fill out online for the White House congrats card.

Wait - I have never heard of this before... So you send your wedding invite to the White House and in return they send you a card?

Never heard of it....
