Re: Guest List Question

We use excel but just a word of advice. After you make your list, make sure you have a hard copy in case your hard drive has a melt down.

Re: Guest List Question

I know, I am going to put it on a disk as well and e-mail it to my friend so she has a copy. I wanted to use the knot but I am scared something will happen, the website has been so hard to get on lately.

Re: Guest List Question

I used weddingchannel.com...very convenient.

Has a guest list, connects to a seperate address list. You can keep track of who you sent STD to, invitations to, who responded...and then convert it into a seating chart.

It's very cool.

Re: Guest List Question

i used excel, a spreadsheet for the groom list and one for the bride. I made seperate columns to have the addresses. This way I do a mail merge and set it up for printing envelopes. I sent it to my maid of honor, all she has to do is take out the guys names for my bridal shower

I also used weddingchannel.com, it's great. It does take the time to set it up, but it's worth it.

Excel so that I could choose several ways to organize my list (alphabetically, save-the-date, invitation, a-list & b-list etc...)
