How are you this morning?

Hope everyone is ok....

I still cant get over what happened... im still nervous... and PLEASE dont judge me like saying 'Oh here she goes again tlking bout an earthquake, get over it' bc I hateit when ppl say da...

It just brought back BAD memories of the earthquake i was in El Salvador...

Where ppl just died in front of u... people being crushed by Concrete or any other thing falling...

hopefully i get better....

But hope all of u are doing ok.

I'm sure it was scary.. I didn't feel anything but my entire family kept in contact with me and they were scared.

i know V. its traumtizing!!! in Ecuador theres always an earthquake!! I never really lived there but I've been there to witness one and its scary as heck. I still feel like the ground is shaking!

im sorry you had to witness that :( i had no idea it was even an earthquake until my mom called frantic telling me about it. def felt it though!

I was in an earthquake more than 10 years ago in the Dominican Republic, but it wasnt bad. I was sleeping and i felt like i was drugged when it woke me up, it was so strange, everyone was screaming running out but it felt like slow motion to me. I didnt feel this one.

Its ok V to feel like you do, most of us here have not been thru a traumatic experience like that, but i can only imagine how you feel going through what you did.. So take it easy. Everything will be ok!

I think most of us have been through a tramatic experience once in our lives and although it may not be an earthquake, its okay to feel the way you feel. After 9/11, it took me a while to feel okay (I was right there when the towers got hit and fell in front of my eyes). Everyone's experiences are different. I just hope you feel better soon.

no worries dear, its ok to feel nervous esp with the earthquake bringing back bad memories! as long as you are fine and your family is fine that's what truly matters
