I had two...my first trial was at Cactus Salon in Plainview and I HATED it...

My second trial was with Jen from Fairytale and I LOVED it...she did my hair and makeup for my wedding last month.

I have a person booked, I just haven't gotten there for a trial yet. I have tons of pictures of what i want!! I am going to try and get in there next week!!

OK, I probably had more trials than most......

I had 4 make-up trials and 4 hair trials. Two of the hair trials were with the same person.

I used someone who I found two days before my wedding. She did the best job on my hair. It cost me a fortune for all those trials.

i am going to be having 2 hair trials and 3 makeup trials ( at the insistance of my bms )
oh well 1 hair and 2 makeup down the last set next week woohoo

I did 1 makeup and 3 hair. I did 2 hair trials w/ Jenn from Fairytale and still didnt like it so I am using her for just makeup and my regular hair salon for hair. Should I feel funny about just using Jenn for makeup cause I didnt like the way she did my hair?

I had one hair & one makeup.

I had no idea what I wanted my hair to look like since I hadn't gotten my dress yet but I was anxious to book someone since I am getting married on a holiday weekend. So, she did a pretty updo since I knew I waneted it up. Now that I have my dress, I have been cutting pictures out of magazines and online and I am pretty confident that she can do one of them. I don't feel the need to go spend another $75 to have her do a trial- I think she'll be able to do what I want from pictures and she can play around and figure it out. Do you all think that's bad? Do you really think they remember on the wedding day what they did at the trial?
