Ideas for 1st Anniversary

Hey ladies, I haven't posted in a very long time, but need help on something DH and I can do for our 1st anniversary.

We have no money to really spend, so even out to dinner is out.

I tried looking up festivals and stuff but don't see anything listed. The only thing so far I thought would be nice is to go to the place where we took our wedding pics and take some pics.

Anyone have any ideas?
I could make a gift, his b-day is the same day.

I know they charge for admission (I think it is about $8-10), but Old Westbury Gardens decorates the mansion for the holidays and I have heard it is beautiful. If the weather is nice, maybe you could pack a lunch and go there the weekend of your anniversary?

Just looked it up - the holiday stuff starts December 2nd, but I think they are open this weekend.
