Re: Invitation/paper help
what about disney clip art and then printing them yourself (if you want, just print one or two and then go to kinkos and make color copies of it!)

Re: Invitation/paper help
These are all great ideas-- I had thought about hte wallpaper because then it would be exact but how? has anyone ever done this? I thought I would cut out the image and do something with it but since it doesn't have clear distinct borders I thought it would be hard--I have thought of the clip art but I guess I was hoping to find paper since that always looks better-- I have done dozens of invites and that is why my BM asked me to do it (her MOH did her shower and they were blah- so even though the grandmothers are throwing shower I am doing invites) I usually don't do character themes so this one is throwing me for a loop

Re: Invitation/paper help
This will be a little work...but you can scan the pic (or print it out of clip art) on to a thick paper and paint them all with a clear coat of crackle (sold at art and crafts stores) or just plain clear...this would make the paper hard...then cut them unevenly around the edges (to give it a worn look) and cut 2 holes in the top and string trough pretty ribbon. You can either add another sheet with the details of the party...or print it out on the back of the paper.
Does this make sense??

Re: Invitation/paper help
YOu can cut out the image nad buy the actual cards at Michael's that come with envelopes and just paste it on there.. you can use mounting tape to give it a 3D look too..it's VERY easy to do.. alll you need is either a steady hand and a scissor or a razor.

Re: Invitation/paper help
Well, I found some baby shower invitations on a site that I had bookmarked, but they're green, and don't exactly match the pattern on the lamp shade, but it's classic pooh, so I guess it could work. Here's a pic of the party supplies that match the invites (they don't have a pic of just the invite)
They're $3.99 for 8, so I guess if you plan on inviting a lot of people, it could get costly.
Here's a link to the site: ClassicPooh.com
