List for Reception Hall

I think this may have been done, but I'm trying to put a list together of what I need to bring to the reception hall ahead of time. So far, I have:
Favors
Cake Topper
Cake Server

I know there is a lot more, but I just can't think of any right now. Please add!!

If you are buying anything yourself to put on the tables (ie: we bought votive candles to put on the cocktail tables)
Menus if you printed them
Table numbers if you printed them
Table seating cards!!!

Here is what my list consists of:
cake knife and server
champagne glasses
menus
kissing bells
frames with table numbers
baby pic
seating card frames (alphbatised)
matchbooks
bears for cake table
favors

Larkfield usually goes over with you what you will need to bring a few days before the wedding.

Congratulations!!!!! Enjoy, the day really flies by. Don't forget to eat!! The food is awesome there!!!!!

I had a round stacked tier cake and my florist put flowers on it for me. It was very YUMMY!!!

Did you make up your seating plan yet?

I have it almost done. I have my final meeting with them on Tuesday.
