maid of honor and bridesmaids responsibilitys

i have one maid of honor and 2 brides maids. What exactly are thier responsibilities? Do they pay for the shower? What other things do they need to do? i need info b/c my bridesmaids keep asking me! thanks!

I gave my girls a newsletter so that they know what their responsibilities are.

You can give them as much or as lil responsibility as you like. Just be sure to be clear and upfront with them about exactly what it is you're expecting. They'll appreciate not having to play the guessing game!!
