I have a person who is a graphic artist and she did those for her wedding. You can get them from the photo booth vendor or ebay.

None of the photobooth vendors I've seen offer the frames... does anybody know of a photobooth vendor that also offers the frames so I don't have to worry about that too...

No but you can get them cheap on EBay. I know a couple of girls got them so maybe they'll see this post and post a link.
