NWR: Where do people find boot camp workouts near them?

I am interested intaking one of those 6 wk bootcamp workouts... I live in Huntington - where caould I find somehting near me?

I take the 10 week one in bohemia and ts awesome, its 5 times per week.

its near my house, its a franchise that some karate places offer its called ubc ULT. BODY CHALLENGE OR IT MIGHT BE ULTIMATE BODY SHAPING. THE HAVE A WEB SITE

i would love to do one of these boot camps as well!

i am seriously considering doing to one in central park
from 5 45 - 7 15 in the a.m. even tho that is a bit intense.

But Liza, let me know if you find something more local - maybe we can partner up!

I found this - saw a sign hanging outside my gym and checked it out.

I think it's something that you follow online - they email you workouts and diets, etc.

I signed up, it starts March 1st.

A bunch of us should do it, and keep a thread!!!! Maybe on the slim down board?

at NY sports club in hunt they have a bootcamp class and it def kicked my butt!! they have a lot of good classes there

I would really love to do one also. I am setting a goal to run a 5k in april. I figure this has to get me into shape.
