OMG - my dress

i went for my 2nd fitting today...the 1st one i had, the zipper didn't work....
so i go today and the zipper still didn't work and then it popped!

i mean, i am so beside myself...i have to go back tonight and they are taking it apart and going to re-fit me!

what if the zipper doesn't work again or if it pops!!! and if they take it apart, doesn't the beading change?

My entire dress had to be rebuilt...the seamstress had to hand-sew my embroidery...It still looked great

DOn't worry- I am sure they will get it right. Your dress will; be back to normal soon ( these are what fittings and alterations are for)

Don't get upset, I am sure eveything will work out fine. I know someone last month who lost 40 pounds since ordering her dress and it came in only 1 week before the wedding. It looked gorgeous even after all the alterations in a short amount of time. Its gonna look great even if they have to do some alterations.

Try not to worry!! It'll be okay, I'm sure. Your gown WILL be gorgeous....

Check this out -- my cousin who got married in July, her bridal shop screwed up her order TWICE (once it was the wrong dress, the 2nd time it was the wrong color) and she didn't get her gown until TWO WEEKS before the wedding. That's when she did her FIRST fitting... somehow everything turned out fine though and her gown was gorgeous, so dont' worry. The name of the bridal shop btw, hmmmm.... started with an 'I'....

don't worry... I know someone who ordered her dress and when it came in it was so small that the zipper wouldn't zip up... they had to take it out at the sides... and after they were done fixing it she said you couldn't even tell they did anything to it...
