OMG!! just needed to vent!!!!!!

I just can not believe Davids bridal in Carle Place!! Me and my bp had bought our dresses there. My bp had to order theirs. So on my invoice the approx. Deliver date was April 14. Okay no prob. So I've been to busy to call. I have off on Sundays and Mondays. And my hours don't meet theirs. So I called last Sunday. The C#$T gives me this attitude saying we are far to busy to check a dress order you have to call back during the week. I said you've got to be kidding. And she thanks me and hangs up. So I called on my way to work yesterday, and this girl begins to say sorry that nobody had contacted you but that the dresses have been in since late march. And then has the balls to ask that I pick it up asap because they are moving next to fortunoffs the end of next month. And my invoice states that I have 30 days from when they notify me to pick it up. So it better not be from the end of March.

Ugh, that's so incredibly wrong!! I just don't understand how these people can treat customers this way and stay in business. It's the biggest day of your life, granted it's not their wedding but being that you could've gone anywhere and you chose them as a vendor they should care maybe just a lil bit. Esp with how much $$ you dole out at these places!!! Grrr, these things get me soooo mad!!!

I had a big problem with that place, too. It's just terrible customer service.

I had a problem with them as well. I was one of the last customers there with my sister and we were taking pictures. I left my digital camera there. When I went back first thing the next day they said that it wasn't there. Not possible. My sister and I practically closed the store down. Plus, you need to remove dresses out of the fitting room before you let someone else in. There is no way they didn't see my camera.

I also had a huge problem with them there and the one in Jersey by my mother's. i actually got all the BM's money back and went elsewhere. I don't their attitudes taken out on me.

Sorry you've had such a bad experience with them. I actually know of one person who has not had a problem with them.

I am not surprised at all. I went to that David's Bridal and had the worst customer service there. The girl was attendin like three brides at a time, and she left me waiting with a dress for about 20 minutes, before I had to go hunt her down. Then, she had an attitude with me and hastily gave me another dress before leaving again. I needed pins to hold the dress up, and asked another attendant, who said, 'You have to ask your attendant.' She wasn't busy at all! I ran outta there. But, they do have pretty good prices. I guess they compromise the quality of customer service for the low prices.
