Photography contract question

There are so many things I've learned on LIW that I didn't even think to ask my vendors when I booked. One is about how many proofs I will have with my photography package. I don't think the actual number is specified. Do you think I can call Sherwood Triart up and ask to have a guarantee of 500 proofs put into my contract? We're having about 140-150 people, so should 500 be a good amount? Do you think they will make this change to my contract? Thanks! You girls are so wise

call 1st to ask how many proofs they usually provide...because if they say 700-800...why cut yourself short at 500

I would think you should put at least a minimum in the contract. But that's just my opinion.

our min in our contract (not your vendor) was 300 and we got 650 back.....

400-500 is a safe number for a full day. How many photograhpers do you have?
