Recommend your eye doctor in Nassau County

I'm an idiot and didn't realize that I'm almost out of contact lenses. I need to get an appt with someone by Saturday.

I'm going out of town on on Monday for surgery and won't be able to schedule anything until February if I have to wait until I get back.

My regular eye doctor is already booked for Saturday. I'd rather not pick someone randomly from the phone book.

where do you live? I saw you said Nassau but if your willing to drive into Suffolk there is a great doctor in East Islip.. Dr. Zabirowicz, he is an OD.

He is not on my Health Insurance but I pay out of pocket to go to him because I have had many terrible experiences with ODs.

I live in Plainview and work in Garden City, so East Islip would be a bit of a trek for me.

I used to go to Dr. Pollizzi & others in the practice in Syosset before I moved to the city.

I grew up going to Dr. Mario Fracasa (sp?) in Plainview. My mom claimed he was the best ophthalmologist so I never had a choice.
