Registry Warning

Just wanted to let all of you know that haven't registered yet, my reviews on our two registry places:

sears: i didn't have a very pleasant experience. all our duplicates from the shower were from here. apparently there systems weren't connecting from internet purchases and those from the store. fh is a huge handy man and we thought registering for tools would be a good idea. my personal opinion- go to home depot.

bed bath & beyond: had a great experience with them from signing up, to purchasing, to returning. the only downsides were that i registered for china and stemware here and no one bought any! i got everything else off the registry except that. what i heard is that people actually wanted to come with a present in hand and since they couldn't get the china at the store they opted for something else. aside from that i would definately do bb&b again.

just wanted to share my experiences so far.

That's funny b/c I didn't have a good experience at BB&B. Didn't find much of a selection and what I did want was limited or being d/c'd. I went with Target and Fortunoff's, much better experiences for me.

in hindsight i would have registered at macy's or fortunoff's as well. especially since fsil now works there!
