Thats a really good question! I don't know what to do about this. Do you invite his side of the family? Do you invite just your closest relatives/friends? Very interested in this too! Thank you for posting!

See I was working on mine last nite...and FH really has no family...so i Have about 4 ppl on his side of close family friends, and with the 4 on his side, my brides maids, and my list combined with my mom, i have about 40.

for my sisters bridal shower i'm inviting about 25 people.. that was the list she gave me.

for mine, i haven't even begun to think about it and i dont wanna yet lol

50 for shower. Wedding list is around 250. FH has a v. small family and I'm only inviting a handful of his friends' wives.

60 - ish...My mother thinks every female that is invited to the wedding should be invited to the shower. Fine by me!

My original list was about 35 but FMIL told me to invite all her friends (even though she is not going to be there and I dont know these people from a whole in the wall). So now the list has soared to 62 people. Since they are out of state, hopefully they wont show up!!
