We are still waiting for a closing date but we should have our commitment letter by early next week

I hate it too- I have moved twice in the last year (into different units within the building) and I started out organized, but by the end I was just throwing stuff into a box, running to the new apt., dumping it out and repeating. Need I say that it was a MESS? I cannot do that again.

I am going to ask my mom about the hospital for you. (Your other post.) My family lived in the area for about 30 years and I know that she has options about this. I just didn't want to respond until I talk to her.

If I didn't work in Valley Stream, I would be house hunting there

thats soooo awesome!!!! i LOVE port jeff village... its my FAVORITE on the island... the summers there are amazing IMO! (i went to Stony Brook, so that PJ was our 'big' outtings
