1. What is the one thing you really enjoy doing alone?

1. I enjoy food shopping by myself. DH gets crazy & starts throwing ten million things into the cart that i know will just sit around forever. lol Or just unnecessary things.

2. I know Dh likes to go overthe finances by himself. Get his facts in order & then discuss later. Even though Im an Asst. Comptroller and can help he likes to do it his way & im totally fine with that.

3. We enjoy so many things together but our top Four would probably be

Going to Yankee & Giants games
Clothes shopping (we always have so much fun)
Cooking together
Just hanging out & laughing at each others imperfections & perfections. We always joek around like that. Its so cute.

1- I too love to food shop by myself...when i got with DH he is always like 'only get what we need' so if we have half a tube of tooth paste left we wont buy another one even if its on sale and we have a coupon!! Besides just stuff like that whenever i want to make dinner, i wind up spending $30 because we dont have all the ingredients at home!! it would be soo much easier to stock up on stuff! even if we dont need it, but if its on sale! why not!! i hate running out and being oh crap i gotta run to the store!

2- DH cooking alone...because he is a chef, whenever i ask him to help, hes like no its ok! and if i do help he will just tell me what im doing wrong, how im holding the knife wrong and cutting the onion wrong (that happened last night! LOL) He things he is trying to help me, but it gets annoying!! oh yeah and that brings me to another thing i enjoy doing myself! when i cook he is not allowed in the kitchen for the same reasons!! LOL

3- We do almost everything together! beecause we love the same things, and have alot of mutual friends!

sporting events and tailgating
shopping
playing games
going out to eat
taking walks

the list goes on and on!

1. What I like to do by myself errand/chore wise is cook everyday dinners. I find that DH just gets underfoot, or will stand literally on top of me and watch the water boil, so I just shoo him away. What I like to do by myself like hobby wise is read. I would actually prefer if DH comes grocery shopping with me, because we only go once a week so the cart is usually too heavy for me to push by myself, and he is the more frugal one when it comes to buying impulse snacks, so he'd keep me in check.

2. What DH likes to do by himself is tabulate our bank account levels every month to chart our rate of savings. I keep my own spreadsheet of my income versus literally every penny I spend, but that's more just for my own records now, and our 'official' savings log is the spreadsheet DH keeps. Hobby wise, he likes to play video games and do photography by himself.

3. We like to go out East together to the wineries or to walk around Greenport, go to Islander games (not very often though), watch Islander games (more often), bbq on the beach, and go shopping for home-y stuff.

1. Watching Football ALL DAY on sundays during the season.(He doesn't really like it)

2. Watching baseball or playing war type games on PS3

-I loooove to shop by myself. I'm 5'11' and it's taken a long time for me to ENJOY shopping. I haven't quite gotten to the level where I like shopping with people yet, but I get giddy at the thought of going by myself :).

-DH likes listening to incredibly nerdy social psych podcasts...hey, whatever floats your boat!

-We both love taking long walks with our dog, Marshall. It's just very peaceful and fun to go out together with my two boys .

1. I enjoy shopping alone. I really like to do my own thing and spend as long or short as I want.

2. DH loves playing his PS3 alone, he doesnt even want me to talk to him while he is playing...lol

3. we love going to bible study and bowling together. Those are our special bonding time.

Me-food shopping (DH is too impatient and I'm a big label reader)

2. What is the one thing DH enjoys doing alone?

DH-he likes doing fix it stuff alone-he's renovating a bathroom right now and he's totally in his happy place.


3. What are somethings you & DH enjoy doing together?

We both love to cook together, go clothes shopping, and hang out reading books and going on the internet a/la dueling laptops
And I make him teach me more phrases in Italian (he's fluent, his parents are from Italy).

Three part question...

1. What is the one thing you really enjoy doing alone?

If it's not reading or working out I guess it's watching 'my' shows.

2. What is the one thing DH enjoys doing alone?

Watching Family Guy, though he keeps on trying to get me to watch it with him. No wait, working, this guys loves to work. Being out on furlough is killing him.

3. What are somethings you & DH enjoy doing together?

Watching 'our' shows. I know, sounds boring.

I'm going to try to change that around a little. I'd like US to enjoy working out together.
