Today is the 2 year anniversary of my mom's death

I cant believe it is two years already. It feels like yesterday. I try to push it away, because its hard for me to think of the good times.. . I always tend to think of the end when she was at home dying of cancer. I wish I could shake that image. Oh well. I just needed to vent! Thanks!

I know how you feel. My dad has been gone 8 years this October. I still feel like it was just yesterday I was talkign to him.

I believe as long as they are close to your heart, they are never really gone.

Today is the Anniversary of my Mother's death as well 27 years ago

I was 7 she was only 28 she had breast cancer

i want to say how sorry I am and that I totally know what you are going thru,
My mom passed away from cancer a little over a year ago and I know how hard it is
and I hate thinking about her when she was sick. In fact all the dreams I have of her is when
she was sick and I too wish that I could shake that. i think it just consumes you for such a long
time that its hard to think of things any other way. im here if you need to talk just fm me.

Thank you so much everyone! It's soo hard, I lost my dad 6 months after my mom, so between father's day yesterday, and now today... it just sucks. It's nice that I have an outlet like this one with such wonderful caring people!
