UGH hair genie

just have to vent!
She has cancelled our trial TWICE now. I'm keeping the appt with Oksana though. Gosh, is she worth it? I need to be able to TRUST that the person will be there when they say ya know?

the first makeup atrist I booked a trial with cancelled on me, so I cancelled her.

IMO, that is a HUGE turn off. plenty of others out there

She has a very good reputation on these boards, but if you are aggrivated then find someone else. I don't know if I would give someone a third chance.

I think she is great. I had a trial with her and she is going to give me lowlights next week. She is so sweet and nice, I seriously believe she must have a good reason for cancelling.

I met with Oksana this weekend and I wanted to meet her as well but she was out of town...maybe bc of the snow and the road conditions she is backed up...not quite sure. I hear that she is great...give her another chance. I personally have cancelled on vendors twice...

I am using Oksana for makeup and Jenn was already booked for my date for hair, so I went with Mya @ cosmetic artistry. She's awesome too and Oksana tells me that they've worked together before and she loves her! Give Mya a shot

cancelling twice is unacceptable. I wouldnt use her whatsoever. she should have made a more concerted effort to make your 2nd appt!!!!

sometimes its beyond our control if an artist has to cancel. maybe she has a good reason. if she had to cancel this past weekend, that would be understandable
