i was under the impression that oksana and jenn worked together a lot. i thought they recommended each other. i realize they don't always work together, but i didn't realize they recomend other people.

As far as I know, she is self employed and works out of her house. There's a picture of her in my community album of her doing my hair.

The first time she didn't give a reason. My second appt was for this upcoming Sunday and she said she has a wedding to do for a bride who she thoughts wedding was cancelled because of a death. I appreciate the fact shes doing the wedding over me, order of priority, but why would you assume a wedding was cancelled and BOOK something else????

I dont know. i stand by my first post- I still think the whole thing is unprofessional. why dont you try out the other hair stylists people have recommended and see how they work out b4 considering hair genie?

I'm sure you'll be able to find someone that does good hair and you're confident will show up!!!

They don't come as a team...they are hired seperately...they will usually refer each other BUT if Oksana knows Jen is busy she has other people that she recommends

I would give her another chance......trust me. Jenn did my hair, all of my BM and my moms hair my day off. Oksana did mine and a BM. Everything was perfect and we all received rave reviews from guests. They are both amazingly talented and sweet ladies.
