Wedding Dresses

Does anyone know anything about the bridal suite of Bayshore. I want to get my dress there but nobody I know has gone there.

It is so hard to describe what a wonderful day I had!!!! I woke up Saturday morning and looked out the window and saw a gorgous winter day with a little bit of left over snow from Friday. My ceremony was at 4:30 and still makes me all teary eyed when I think about how special it was. After the ceremony everyone went straight to the Thatched Cottage which looked like a winter wonderland. The service and the food was unbelievable. Both my parents and Parents-in -law received so many phone calls on Sunday raiving about the Thatch. Everyone was extremely helpful and I can't think of one thing that was not perfect. Most everyone agreed that it was elegant. I would recommend the Thatch to everyone. ( even after the stress that they gave me before the wedding)
The band was the Ron James Orch. They had people up dancing all night.

You can do a search on this board. Many of us have gone there and I have only read good things. I got my dress there and used Maryellen. She was very helpful. They will match prices from most places, and you can request an alterations cap.
Good luck!

Congrats...sound like your day was everything you wanted...May God richly bless your marriage!

Wedding Dresses

Heather,

I also went to Bridal Suite of Bay Shore for my dress. The dress I really wanted, no one on Long Island had a sample of for me to try on, but Bridal Suite was going to order it in my size for $100 transferrable deposit. Well, I asked for Maryellen, as suggested by this board, when I actually went in to place the order. My Matron of Honor came with me and talked me into trying some things on, just to see similar styles. Maryellen pulled out a pair of dresses, and the very first one I put on actually turned out to be THE ONE!!
