Woo Hoo! Today is our One Year Anniversary!

I cannot believe time has gone by so quickly!! I feel as though we were just married and on our honeymoon....ahhhhh! This past year has been a wonderful year! But, We have been on an emotional rollercoaster this past year(with our wedding, our honeymoon, my miscarriage,my surgery, my journey TTC, my dh's father going through his seperation, my lay-off at work and then getting rehired and then getting layedoff again a couple of weeks ago). After all we have been through, we were there for each other and I feel that our future looks brighter. I will get another job, I will conceive, and all through it all we will still be there for each other for the next 100 years.

Today, we will be celebrating our anniversary at the GArden City Hotel- Sunday Brunch and then come home to watch the Super Bowl...just the two us! We were very fortunate that my dear friend at work gave us this gift certificate as an anniversary present. Which came in handy because now we are on a budget since my lay-off. But, we promised each other that we would make it up to each other soon after. But, what matters is that we love each other and it's not the material things that count. So, Literally, this will be a Paper Anniversary.

So far, his mother gave us a gift certificate for Bryant and Cooper. So guess where we are going for Valentines day?

If anyone is getting married today, in a blink it will be your 1 year anniversary! So Enjoy!

I remember your planning efforts as well and I hope that your second year is al ot better than your first AND that your bond together becomes even stronger!!!!!!
