Yard Sale...what do i sell things for??

So, in storage that im paying 80 bucks a month for...

I have 5 large bins with old college dorm items and old appartment items, all practically new...

Fmil wants to have a yard sale because i wanted to get rid of them all, but WHAT DO I SELL THINGS FOR??

We had a yard sale last year to get rid of fh's mom's old junk (long story... she lives in FL). Anyway she had a bunch of antiques and other stuff and we laid it all out and didnt price it that way we could charge what we want to whoever we want. Sometimes we could see someone knew the item's value and we didnt so we'd go a little higher. I think labeling items limits you. Also - you can always ask them how much they want to pay for it and work around that.

Totally agree especially if you have valuable stuff in the mix - some stuff at my aunt antique yard sale sold for $100

When we open the bins this weekend Ill email you pictures.
Its sad because everything is new. The corelle dishes i got when I had myappt because it was black and white tile, and now, they are brand new dishes just sitting theere...and the rest i barely used because i was always eating rice lmao

hahaha! Yeah or the things you don't sell the day of your yard sale then do a sale on here! I have a lot of the stuff you mentioned on my registry so I should wait to see what gets purchased! I love yard sales they are so fun! I did one last year with my FH and his family and I made out really well! I sold a TON of stuff! It was great to get some extra $$ to put in my pocket! Especially for stuff we never use ya know! Have fun with it!
