i felt bad sending out a delivery guy for just one bottle so i ordered two to be considerate

also have pizza rolls and chicken parm en route!

aaaaaand, my paper is finally coming together! yay!

I was thinking of gameplanning for next week too but this paper is lingering on and on! we grocery shop on sundays so hopefully i will find some time to do this tomorrow!

do you ever make sweet potato fries? they're easy and healthy (just with evoo and salt/pepper baked in the oven)

what about turkey and veggie meatloaf?

a whole roasted chicken?

I love sweet potatos but DH doesnt like them...and I wont eat a whole chicken lol (I dont like bones). We're both picky eaters so it makes it so hard

Do you have a recipe for turkey and veggie meatloaf? It sounds really good!!

How's capitalism going in Japan?

colleen...

when i make turkey/veggie meatloaf I just take a 1.5 lbs of ground turkey.

instead of using breadcrumbs i use oatmeal. put like 1/2 cup in with a beaten egg.

then add whatever veggies you want.

chopped onion, green pepper and shredded carrot is what i use.

i add in different spices. a little garlic powder, crushed red pepper flakes, salt/pepper etc.

also a litle bit of skim milk. mix it all together and then form into the loaf! all done.
