Anxiety

I am going to Mexico next month and I am freaking out already (haven't been on the plane in 12 years).. Can't sleep, having nightmares etc.

Do I call the doctor and tell her to give me something?? I don't like to take pills... Uggghhh, I can just imagine how I am going to be the week/night before I go away.

You should be OK....I do suggest to call you doctor and taking a pill or maybe have a drink or two.

I know how you feel, I take xanax every time I fly. I'm flying in a few weeks and I am already freaking about it.

don't freak out! it's perfectly safe and you'll be fine! (though i do get scared once i'm sitting on the plane too)

if you can't handle the stress, def get an Rx for something

i second the xanax. i take 2 usually and I always manage to fall asleep before we leave the runaway and wake up when we land.

(i only take xanax when flying lol, im not a druggie).

I agree with the xanax- I hate to fly and need it also.

I just made an appointment with my doctor for my yearly physical and I will talk to her about the xanax..
