What is chow chow?

I totally had to google it!

Chow-chow, sometimes spelled Chowchow or Chow Chow, is a Nova Scotian and American pickled relish made from a combination of vegetables. Mainly green tomato, cabbage, chayote,[1] red tomatoes, onions, carrots, beans, asparagus, cauliflower and peas are used. These ingredients are pickled in a canning jar and served cold.

Agreed - probably Tiffany's time next week. She's been scooting by each time...kinda like that chick that always made soups on her season and didn't cook much this season - Jamie?
